Defense & Export Control Compliance

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Corbotex Ltd. ("the Company") develops and manufactures advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), counter-UAS platforms, and electronic warfare technologies designed for tactical, industrial, and defense applications. Due to the specialized and non-civilian capabilities of our hardware and software, our solutions are strictly regulated under national and international defense frameworks.

1. Regulatory Jurisdiction

All products, technical data, source codes, and operational training methodologies provided by Corbotex Ltd. are subject to the export control laws and regulations of the State of Israel, primarily managed by the Defense Export Controls Agency (DECA) within the Ministry of Defense. Any marketing, demonstration, transfer, or sale of these technologies must be officially authorized and licensed by the appropriate governmental bodies before deployment.

2. Prohibited End-Uses and Restricted Destinations

Our tactical platforms (including the Barad UAV) and electronic warfare systems (including Jammar and Spoofer) may not be sold, leased, transferred, or diverted to any destination, entity, or end-user that is restricted under international sanctions, embargoes, or national security watchlists. Corbotex Ltd. enforces a strict verification policy to ensure that our technologies are utilized exclusively by authorized government agencies, military organizations, and certified security forces.

3. Technical Data and Documentation Policy

The technical specifications, architectural diagrams, operational manuals, and performance metrics displayed on or downloaded from this website are provided solely for preliminary institutional evaluation. The unauthorized distribution, replication, or electronic transmission of this technical documentation to unlicensed foreign nationals or unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of defense export control laws.

4. Procurement and Licensing Requirements

No binding commercial agreement or physical export of equipment can occur without the issuance of an official Export License or Marketing Authorization from the relevant defense export control authorities. Potential international partners must cooperate fully with Corbotex Ltd. during the compliance screening process, which includes providing valid End-User Certificates (EUC) and organizational credentials.

5. Cyber Security and Information Safeguards

Corbotex Ltd. actively monitors and protects its digital infrastructure against unauthorized attempts to harvest proprietary technical data or defensive telemetry. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or intercept technical software modules referenced on this platform will be reported directly to cyber-defense and national security authorities.
